This is 1 of 2 cakes I made for Walnut Grove PTO. They had a Dr. Seuss reading night for the students at Walnut Grove K-8 school in Patterson, CA.
The cake is a yellow chiffon with buttercream filling and icing. The cake was colored both red and blue. The decorations are frozen buttercream transfers hand piped by me.
